Acts of Random Kindness

Imagine that every action that you do can be seen like a sign and it has your name on it. Would you always be comfortable and or proud of what you have said or done? Mindless actions have often been the cause of great pain to others simply because it was done without a through or a care of another person's feelings. So the smallest thing that you do could have an huge affect on someone else. When you think that giving someone a mean or rude look might not do anything or mean anything it could actually be big for them. Remember that every actions causes a reaction and if you want a good reaction from people you must first make your actions caring or compassionate.

My challenge for you this week is for you to perform multiple acts of random kindness. If you really want to be better person then make this a way of life not just something you do for a day, a week, a month or a even year.

"Too often we underestimate the power of a tough, smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around." - Leo Buscaglia
